NECATI: Serving the Air Transport Industry
NECATI was initially formed between the then Air Zimbabwe Corporation as the Employer and National Airways Workers Union (NAWU) as the employees. Other companies in the Air Industry such as the then AFRITEIGH now Aviation Ground Services later applied for membership and were incorporated.

Any company operating in the Air Transport Industry can join NECATI. This includes airlines, ground handling companies, aviation service providers, and related businesses. Membership is open to both employers and recognized employee representatives.

NECATI provides professional mediation and arbitration services to resolve industrial disputes between employers and employees. We follow established procedures under the Labour Act and our registered Employment Council code to ensure fair and timely resolution of conflicts.
